RoomSeeker™: Hospitality Management

RoomSeeker™ is a comprehensive back-office enterprise-level, hospitality management package. The resort and hotel management system includes a centralised call centre booking module and a fully featured front desk system.

Our largest implementation is for South African National Parks (SANParks), which uses a custom version of RoomSeeker to manage the booking and itineraries of all its visitors. SANParks has around 5,000 beds in about 50 rest camps and 30 camping sites across 21 national parks in South Africa.

RoomSeeker’s reservation functionality is now accessible to the public via a real-time online booking system from the SANParks Homepage.

We have also successfully implemented service-oriented architecture (SOA) that will enable the hospitality trade to connect to SANParks’ online reservations system.
